"The Cutting-Edge - Paper Art with a Scalpel", 12th Mar 2015
Loïs Cordelia will present a richly illustrated talk about paper-cutting traditions from around the world: "The Cutting Edge - Paper-Art with a Scalpel", thereby establishing a context for her own cut-paper art and other contemporary trends in this unusual medium. The talk will take place as part of the Thursday Forum lunchtime series at Christ Church, Tacket Street, Ipswich, on Thursday, 12th March 2015, 1.10 - 1.50pm. Refreshments are available at a small cost from 12 noon until 1.00pm in the church hall.
From traditional folk-art to contemporary cutting-edge design: welcome to the world of cut-paper!
Loïs will be on hand to answer questions after the talk, and will have cards and books available to buy.
