I was
captivated by the almost hypnotic though
compasionate gaze of the Indian spiritual
leader Sri Paramahansa Yogananda (1853-1982),
author of the best-selling Autobiography
of a Yogi. I have read and loved
many of his books, and still consider him
among the greatest influences on my
philosophy and spirituality.
