A pair of
sculptures representing the balance of
the masculine and feminine in the cosmos.
The Priest of the Sun carries a spear, a
masculine symbol. The Priestess carries
the Crescent Moon, a feminine symbol, in
her headdress. She holds her hands in a
gesture derived from Rastafarian
symbolism, representing one of the pair
of interlocking triangles of the Star of
David, itself symbolic of the masculine
and feminine, or active and passive
principles of creation.
Original
pair of sculptures: £160. Please contact me for further
details. |
