Everything in nature works in cycles. Inspired by themes of mental health and wellbeing, childhood and family, as well as palliative care, dementia and caregiving in the community, intricate silhouettes evoke the beauty of every season of life. Lois Cordelia is an Ipswich-based community artist, speed-painter and tutor. Since lockdown, she now presents art tutorials and demonstrations via her YouTube channel, with an emphasis on boosting mental health and upcycling art materials in the process. She welcomes commissions.
